Training for organizational solutions

Coaching skills for Leaders: optimize conversations for productivity and harmony.

Direct Communication: why it matters and how to be effective.

Values in Practice: How to leverage these as tools for satisfying work and life.

I was lucky enough to participate in two workshops led by Rachael.  She has the unique ability to blend theory and practice in a natural and actionable way.  In addition, she is able to quickly get participants (myself included!) to go very deep and emotional in a brief period of time, which isn’t always easy to do in a large group.  I consider myself pretty experienced in the topics that Rachael covered, yet walked away with a ton of new insights and even more importantly, actionable steps that I have been able to implement in the weeks following.

Social emotional workshops for parents and children

Building Blocks for Emotional Intelligence: Fun strategies to navigate emotions, communication, and conflict.

Seeds of Empowerment: Nurturing self-awareness and accountability as a path to leadership.

Rachael has a natural way of relating to children that is warm and inspiring. My children, who can often feel nervous in new places or a group setting, instantly felt included and at ease. They looked forward to Rachael’s group as if it were a play date. Rachael is incredibly skillful at helping young children develop the necessary and lifelong skills of communicating and relating to people. She makes it fun, attainable, and age appropriate without watering down the content. The skills my daughters are taking away from the group sessions with Rachael are ones that we use daily and will continue to return to for years to come. Rachael has elevated the language and communication skills in our home and both my husband and I are so grateful. She is insightful, connected, and able to adeptly respond to any issue a child may bring to the circle.
